Imphal, July 30 2015: With the JAC constituted against the killing of Sapam Robinhood imposing a roadblock along Khuman Lampak Stadium road also known as Dingku road, traffic jam is witnessed on other major routes leading to Imphal.

With the Stadium road remaining blocked at various intervals by protesters, commuters have to walk quite a long distance to reach their destinations located in and around Nagaram, Laipham Khunou, Namdunlong and other nearby areas.

Other major roads leading to Imphal like Hatta Minuthong are jammed with traffic throughout the day.

Traffic police personnel have a hard time trying to regulate traffic movement.

Significantly, traffic volume double up during peak hours along the Thumbuthong route.

Meanwhile, people were also seen thronging in large number the main markets of Imphal like Khwairamband Keithel, Lamlong Keithel and others today to buy essential commodities.
