Imphal, July 29 2018: Keithelmanbi Battalion of 9 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ IGAR (South) conducted a medical camp and awareness lecture on digital India for local populace of Andro Company Operating Base at Andro Bazar, Imphal East District on 29 July 2018 .

A total of 200 people including 147 ladies and children were examined by the Regimental Medical Officer of Battalion during the camp and were provided with free medicine.

Dr Amar Komal and Dr Nizammuding, specialist from Yaripok, Tulihal Taubokpi part of All Manipur Anti Drug and Alcohol Association (AMADAA) were also present during the camp for treatment of drug and alcohol affected people.

As a part of Digital India Initiative, Starway Enterprises a multinational marketing team gave awareness lecture for educating the populace to become a cashless society.
