KSO lifts ban on Suaknun & Sons Oil outlet, appeals oil pumps to maintain quality

The Kuki Students' Organization, Churachandpur has lifted its banned on M/S Suaknun & Sons Oil Outlet at Bijang, Churachandpur since yesterday after successful negotiation and test of quality check was found satisfactory today.
A press statement issued by the students' body information and publicity department said that Suaknun & Sons, Oil outlet at Bijang, Churachanpur was banned and shutdown since yesterday after massive complaints of alleged oil adulteration were received.
Members of the managing board of the outlet approached the office of KSO CCpur this morning at 10 am where the managing board members elaborate in details the circumstances leading to adulteration from its outlet and also express their sympathy to the general public and its customers in particular for the inconvenience causes and convey their willingness to compensate the losses incurred.
An agreement was reached, it added.
It also said that the executive members of KSO CCpur along with the managing board and staff members of Suaknun & Sons jointly conducted a 'quality check' in the outlet premises and results were found to be satisfactory.
Meanwhile, the Kuki Students' Organisation, Churachandpur appealed all the oil pumps operating in the district to maintain quality and meet required standard in the interest of the consumers and denizens of Churachandpur district.
Any fault and malpractice detected from any of the outlet(s) in future will be dealt with stringent action, it said.
It also appealed all to refrain from uploading photos and unauthentic and unverified posts pertaining to M/s Suaknun & Sons on social media as the matter stands closed.
