Two suspected Manipuri UGs held in Bihar

Bihar Police today arrested two suspected Manipuri militants from a bus stand here, which led to the seizure of grenades from their hideouts in their home state.
The two suspected cadres of the People Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (Progressive) PREPAK-Pro were waiting for a bus at the Mithapur stand here, when police, acting on a tip-off, arrested them, Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj told PTI.
Meanwhile, police source in Imphal identified the two as Thoudam Khamba alias Suresh alias Nganthoi alias Inunganba (24) S/o Tomba of Thoubal Leishangthem and Sanasam Rabi alias Suraj (32) S/o Loken of Pishum Oinam Leirak.
The source further said that they were both working under Major Irei, who is staying outside Manipur.
Based on information provided by the two, the Manipur police seized five grenades and four detonators from their hideout in Imphal West.
They were produced in the court of Judicial Magistrate Praveen Kumar Singh who gave four days' transit remand to the police.
