Public urged to help keep JNIMS clean

Imphal, February 26 2023: JNIMS director professor L Deben has called for public support in keeping the state-run medical institute neat and clean.

Continuing the initiative of JNIMS authority organising cleanliness programmes on every general holiday including Sunday, staff of the medical institute cleaned the Ladies' hostel No 3, its surrounding areas and the approach road on Sunday.

JNIMS director professor L Deben and medical superintendent Dr Kh Lokeshwar led the staffers in the cleanliness drive.

Interacting with the media on the sidelines of the programme, professor Deben said that JNIMS authority has been making efforts to promote and develop the medical institute and cleanliness drive on every holiday is part of the initiative.

He then appealed to the people of the state, who visit the hospital for their healthy care needs, to cooperate in keeping the hospital clean by disposing waste materials at proper places and following guidelines.
