Thoubal, August 14 2021: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Thoubal Mandal on Saturday convened a meeting of the Core Committee and Mandal Committee at Leitanthem Mandop, Thoubal on Saturday.

As part of the meeting, BJP Manipur Pradesh president A Sharda Devi led the gathering in offering floral tributes to deceased members of the party.

Later, Sharda announced the appointment of Khangembam Arunkumar as the new president of BJP Thoubal Mandal.

During the meeting, discussions were held on the activities to be undertaken by the mandal with regard to the upcoming polls.

The meeting was also attended by BJP State secretary K Inaocha Devi, BJP Thoubal District president Yumnam Kumarjit and ethers.
