PNB donates medical kits to PHC Noney

Noney, November 12 2021:
Punjab National Bank (PNB) on Friday donated medical equipment worth Rs 10 lakh to Noney PHC as part of the bank's Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
The medical equipment, including Colour Doppler ultrasound, online UPS, suction machine and vein finder were handed over by Manish Debbarma, head of PNB Imphal Circle, in the presence of senior officials of the district and staff of the PHC.
Debbarma also praised the selfless contributions made by doctors and nurses in saving precious human lives and expressed hope that the medical equipment donated will help in upscaling the medical facilities in the district.
Further, he announced that PNB will open a new branch and ATM in Noney district HQ very soon and will contribute in the overall development of the district.
The handing over ceremony was also attended by S Stevan Aimol, chief manager; Raj Kamal Roy, marketing officer of PNB; Dr Edwin Golmei, CMO; Dr Azin Maringmei, DLO; Dr Thaimei Gairanlung, Dr Jaojiansing and other staff of the PHC.
CMO of PHC Noney, during his speech, thanked the contribution made by PNB and said that the medical equipment would be of great help to the people of the district.
