DC invites application for skill training

Imphal, February 11 2025: Office of the Bishnupur deputy commissioner informed all interested youths/job seekers/persons and the internally displaced persons (IDPs) staying in relief camps in Bishnupur district that the state cabinet has approved conduct of a residential skill training programme to train 500 candidates for cabin crew placements in Air India and Indigo.

A notice issued by Bishnupur DC Lourembam Bikram advised interested eligible persons to apply for the training programme through the district nodal officer or district coordinator of the training or relief camp nodal officer so as to reach office of the Bishnupur deputy commissioner by February 16 .

Interested eligible candidates may also contact the DC's office Bishnupur SDC/ branch officer Nongmaithem Bijoy (9436678920) for any information.

The details of the nod al officers for the training (Bishnupur) are Pukhrambam Sonika (8258967801) and Waikhom Dwijendro (7005027327) and district co-ordinator for training is district manager/DIT Prasanta Oinam (6009169825).The notice further directed all the relief camp nodal officers, district nodal officer or district co-ordinator of the training to mobilise internally displaced persons at relief camp.

The total candidates for the training to be held in Delhi will be 500, it said, adding that training of the first batch for 60 candidates is scheduled within this month.
