Imphal, June 09 2022: The Zeliangrong United Front (ZUF) headed by Raitu Chawang has announced that the 'joint declaration' signed by two factions of ZUF on April 27, 2022 stands null and void.

According to the ZUF headed by Raitu Chawang, two factions of ZUF signed a historic agreement on April 27, 2022 to work together as one unified body, in public interest.

Raitu Chawang, representing one faction and Jenchui Kamei, representing the other faction were signatories of the joint declaration.

According to Raitu Chawang group, the joint declaration will no longer be valid as the group led by Jenchui Kamei leaked out contents of the joint declaration in violation of the agreed understanding of keeping it secret for some time.
