National Reconsolidation Day observed in Jiribam, January 09 2025: In observance of the 191st death anniversary of Iningthou Chinglen Nongdrenk-homba, the National Reconsolidation Day was organised by United People's Front (UPF) at Jiribam PWD guest house on Thursday.

Held under the theme "Eikhoi Amuk Hanna Khuntaklaroi", the function was attended by retired Superintendent of Police Yurembam Ashok Kumar and UPF Jiri branch president Leihaorambam Santajit as chief guest and president respectively while president AMKIL Jiri branch president Atom Ashangbi Devi and one student body president were the guests of honour.

The event, which was marked by offering of floral tributes to the photo of Iningthou Chinglen Nongdrenkhomba, witnessed a discussion session on the Seven Years Devastation and the present condition of Manipur.
