RIMS hostel building inaugurated

Imphal, February 03 2022: The newly constructed building of Undergraduate Ladies' Hostel at RIMS campus has been inaugurated on Thursday by director of Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) professor A Santa Singh.

The director also inaugurated the second floor of another hostel building, said a release by RIMS media advisor N Phillip Singh.

The director during the inaugural function stated that the newly constructed building and extended floor will be able to solve the shortage of hostel facilities in the medical institute.

He also expressed satisfaction the RIMS has been witnessing huge development and progress due to the untiring efforts of the staff.

The director also sought suggestions from Head of Departments (HOD) and senior faculty members to further develop the institute and assured that the proposal to develop the existing campus of the newly inaugurated hostel will be looked into.
