Imphal, December 31 2021: Disable Welfare Development Association, Takyel Khongbal Leikai extended aid to differently abled, widows and people living with HIV/AIDS for the seventh time during a function held at Manipur Press Club here on Thursday.

Speaking as chief guest of the function, Takyel ZP Ng Bimola stressed that all should treat people living with HIV/AIDS, differently abled and widows with kindness.

As every person has his/her unique talents and abilities, they should be encouraged to engage themselves in their desired fields and become independent, she added.

Wheel chair, hearing aid, stretcher, clothes and edibles were distributed at the function attended by Takyel GP pradhan Khaidem Priyobala and Upa pradhan Mai-bam Bhuto among others.
