CADA conducts anti-drug discussion

Imphal, October 22 2021: As part of the movement being launched by Coalition Against Drugs & Alcohol (CADA) to completely uproot drugs and addictive substances from Manipur, a public discussion was held on Friday at the premises of Irilbung Kalika Lairembi Youth Club.

The discussion jointly organised by Irilbung Kalika CADA Unit and Kalika Lairembi Women Welfare Association was attended by Meira Paibi leader Soram Pakpi, association treasurer Khamnam Sushila, and CADA president Hijam Priyokumar as presidium members.

Speaking as a resource person, CADA general secretary Geetchandra Mangang pointed out that parents have the biggest role to play in preventing their children from taking drugs and alcohol and making their children to stay fit and healthy.
