Free physiotherapy camp for IDPs

Imphal, September 06 2024: In connection with the World Physical Therapy Day which will be observed under the theme "Low Back pain" on September 8, a free physiotherapy camp will be organised for the internally displaced people at Kumbi Leirak Achouba Laishang Leikai Lampak community hall, informed All Manipur Physio Therapists' Association secretary Dr Leishangthem Romenkumar Meitei.

Addressing media persons at Manipur Press Club, here, on Friday, Dr Romenkumar announced that back pain belts would be distributed for free to IDPs in need during the upcoming free medical aid event.

He also called upon physiotherapists across the state to participate in the free physiotherapy camp, and for those unable to attend, he encouraged them to offer free physiotherapy treatments at their clinics in Senapati, Ukhrul, Jiribam, Kangpokpi, Noney and Churachandpur.
