69 Bn CRPF conducts Swachhata campaign

Imphal, October 03 2024: Under the aegis of CRPF IGP Jharkhand Sector and DIG (Adm) Directorate, New Delhi, Mantripukhri-headquartered 69 battalion Central Reserve Police Force launched cleanliness drive under "Special Campaign 4.0 for institutionalising Swachhata" on Wednesday and Thursday.

In a release, 69 battalion commandant SA Rojan Zimik informed that he along with second-in-command Pem Makan and Harjilal Bairwa, deputy commandant Yogendra Kumar Mishra, officers and personnel as well as villagers, carried out 'Safai Abhiyan' at the Rani Gaidinliu (Statue) memorial complex near the New Secretariat, Imphal complex and its surrounding areas.

The commandant emphasised upon the public in attendance and personnel on importance of cleanliness drive and its significance in keeping the campus and its surrounding areas clean.
