Cycle rally held against addictive substances

Imphal, December 31 2021: Youth Development Council, Langthabal Kendra organised a cycle rally in Langthabal area to spread the message of saving the youth from addictive substances for a better future on Friday.

The cycle rally attended concluded at Lilong Chajing Mairenkhong community hall.

Speaking at the concluding function of the rally, Langthabal MLA Karam Shyam highlighted the need for MLAs and ministers to have a vision for saving the youth from addictive substances while doing politics.

He urged the people and youth in particular not to indulge in addictive substances while celebrating New Years celebration.

The MLA also called for peaceful, free and fair election and urged the elected representatives to be responsible for making the youth to stay away from addictive substances.

Only when the elected representatives lead the youth on the right path, Manipur could move towards a brighter future, he added.
