CBC-Imphal conducted ICOP concludes

Imphal, January 27 2023:
The Integrated Communication and Outreach Programme (ICOP) also comprising a 3-day photo exhibition on Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav with special focus on Netaji Subash Chandra Bose organised by Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Regional Office, Imphal at the INA Martyr's Memorial, Moirang concluded on Friday.
Attending the programme as resource person, Moirang College History Department assistant professor Konjeng-bam Kiranjit Singh spoke on the life history of Netaji Subash Chandra Bose and also highlighted the contributions of the people of Moirang to the Indian National Army at Moirang.
As part of the concluding programme, an ex-tempore speech contest was also held with the participation of students of schools and college in Moirang with Moi rang College Political Science assistant professor Md Rafi-juddin Shah and Moirang Higher Secondary School History lecturer Philem Tampakleima Devi as jury members of the contest.
Prizes were distributed to the winners of extempore speech, written quiz, essay and on-the-spot quiz competitions both in school and college categories, organised as part of the ICOP.
Certificate of participation were also distributed to all the participants.
Students of Diligent Public School, LCM School, Moirang Higher Secondary School, Young Learners' School, Churachandpur and Moirang College were the overall winners of the said competitions.
Private Registered Troupes (PRT) of CBC, Imphal presented a drama on "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" as part of the closing programme.
