Mobile food processing training prog concludes

A week-long mobile food processing training programme, which was organised by Blue Ocean Academy (BOA) under the auspices of Directorate of Trade, Commerce and Industries, Manipur concluded at Dharmalaya Social Welfare Centre, Brahmapur Nahabam, on Wednesday.
Speaking as chief guest of the valedictory function, Manipur Legislative Assembly speaker Th Sa-tyabrata encouraged the trainees to never back away but to proceed till the goal is achieved.
Making use of the knowledge gained from the training programme, the trainees should work to shine bright as success ful entrepreneurs and lead the state towards development, he added.
Satyabrata also pointed out the need for extending the duration of the training programme considering those trainees who could not catch up with the teachings imparted during a short period of one week.
Presided over by IMC ward no.18 former corporator L Inunganbi, the valedictory function was also attended by directorate of commerce and industries food scientist Telem Pintu, who is also a Master/Trainer and Fos-tac FSSAI expert trainer, directorate of trade commerce and industries retired deputy director Ibohanbi Khumancha and director of Industries (FPI) N Laxmikanta Meitei as guests of honour.
Certificates were also distributed to the participants during the function.
