Medical screening of polling personnel on Jan 21

Imphal, January 19 2022: Medical screening for those polling personnel who have applied for exemption from election duty in connection with the 12th state assembly elections on medical ground will be conducted on January 21 .

A notice issued by district election officer, Imphal East Khumanthem Diana Devi informed that the medical screening will be done at Panchayat Bhawan, DC office complex, Imphal East from 10.30 am.

She urged all polling personnel concerned to appear before medical board with related documents.

No further claims for election duty exemption will be considered for those who failed to appear before the medical board, she made it clear.
