FoH demands legal action against Mizoram CM

Imphal, November 10 2024: Denouncing the speech delivered by Mizoram chief minister Lalduhoma in the US on September 2 and 4, Federation of Haomee (FoH), Bishnupur district petitioned the Governor, the chief minister and Imphal police station demahding legal actions against Mizoram CM .

In a release, the FoH branch noted that the statement of chief minister Lalduhoma undermines the national integrity of India as well as the territorial integrity of Manipur.

It filed complaints to Governor, chief minister and Imphal police to take legal actions against Lalduhoma under various sections of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for violating 3rd Schedule of Oath taking and Indian constitution.
