Lions Club fetes solo walker Rohan Agarwal

Thoubal, June 08 2022: Lions Club of Thoubal on Wednesday felicitated Rohan Agarwal (20) of Kamthi, Nagpur in Maharashtra, who has walked 10,000 km covering 24 states including Manipur while raising awareness on ill effects of plastic usage.

Speaking the reception programme held at Khetrisanglen Thoubal, Rohan Agarwal informed that his walk not only focuses on creating awareness on ill effects of plastic usage but also to spread the message of living in peace and harmony-amongst various communities and religions present in the India.

He informed that on Friday he will travel to Kakching district and to other parts of the state.

He also revealed that after he finishes his journey in India he plans to visit other foreign countries, especially to Oimyakon, Siberia which is the coldest human settlement in the world.
