IPAK celebrates 8th Foundation Day

Imphal, September 07 2021: Indigenous People's Association of Kangleipak (IPAK) celebrated its 8th Foundation Day at its office on Tuesday with strict adherence to Covid-19 SOP.

The celebration was attended by IPAK president Ksh Somorendro, National and International awardee H Ibotombi Khuman, IPAK founder president Sapamcha Jadumani and ex-president M Babulin Khuman as presidium members.

Speaking at the event, IPAK president Ksh Somorendro informed that a state-level association for job card holders would soon be formed along with a district level committee to put a stop to embezzlement of wages of job card holders by ward members and pradhans.

During the function, a report on the activities undertaken by IPAK during 2019-2021 was also presented by the general secretary.
