Coaching class for class X students begins

Imphal, January 31 2022: A 45-day long free coaching class for class X students, which is being organised by AMSU Yairipok Top branch, began from Monday at Andro Gramsang Primary School, Andro Khunou Lampak.

The opening function of the coaching class was attended by Bal Vidya Mandir headmaster L Debendro as chief guest, AMSU vice president Laishram Athouba as president and Andro Gramsang Primary School headmaster H Dharmachandra Singh as guest of honour.

Regarding the free coach ing class, Athouba said that COVID-19 pandemic has severely affected conduct of physical class for students who are to appear in the matriculation examination.

Understanding plight of the students, the AMSU unit conducted free coaching class in the past but that too was affected due to the pandemic and hence resumed the free coaching class for the convenience of students.

He then urged students not to wait for promotion as this would affect their career in future and expressed hope that class X and XII examinations would be conducted with strict adherence to COVID-19 SOPs.
