Imphal, November 19 2021: Wahengbam Dineshchandra, who is preparing to contest election from Patsoi assembly constituency, handed over a house after finishing its construction to two sisters namely Ningombam Konica and Ningombam Helena of Tera Loukrakpam Leikai on Thursday.

Speaking on-the occasion, W Dineshchandra informed that he came to know that the two sisters whose parents N Tangkeshof and N Promila had passed away untimely, were unable to complete the construction of their house.

As such, he decided to bear the cost for finishing construction of the house and it was handed over to them after completion.

Dineshchandra further conveyed that Patsoi AC though situated close the capital city lags behind in terms of development, thus, he aims to ensure that the constituency is developed in every aspect.
