BJYM to organise cycle rally on Aug 16

Imphal, August 14 2021:
Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), Manipur Pradesh would be organising Yuva Sankalp Yatra', a 130 km long cycle rally as part of the 75th year of India's Independence on Monday.
Informing this to media persons during launch of T-shirt, BJYM Manipur president Manoharmayum Barish said that the rally will be flagged off from different parts of the state through six routes and will culminate at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium.
The rally, which is being organised under the advice of BJP national president JP Nadda, will cover 32 BJP Mandals in all the 16 districts of the state.
It will feature development programmes taken up by both Central and State governments.
At Khuman Lampak, an interaction with Olympians of the State will be held after which the participants along with party memers will take unity pledge under the leadership of CM Biren and party leaders, he said.
Regarding the routes, Barish conveyed that ex-minister Okram Henry will flag off the rally from Charhajare, Kanglatongbi; MLA Susindro from Yaingangpokpi; MLAs P Brojen & Th Radheshyam from Khongjom War Memorial; deputy speaker Robindro, minister O Lukhoi & BJP Manipur Pradesh secretary P Somorjit from Mayang Imphal; MLAs P Sarat and Th Radhakishore & BJP Manipur vice-president Th Basanta from Nambol and minister Rajen & MLA Sapam Ranjan from Khumbong Keithel.
