AR gift public facilities to Senapati villages

Senapati, January 14 2025:
Assam Rifles inaugurated and handed over two waiting sheds and viewpoints at Maram Khullen village and Paomata village to the respective village authorities in Senapati district on Tuesday.
The inauguration, conducted on behalf of the Deputy Inspector General of Assam Rifles, commenced with the unveiling of the newly constructed waiting sheds and viewpoints, which were then handed over to the village authorities.
The village authorities, on behalf of their communities, expressed gratitude to the Assam Rifles for the construction of these essential facilities.
Both the projects were undertaken by the Assam Rifles on behest of the villagers under Operation Sadbhavna, exemplifying the community assistance initiatives by the Assam Rifles.
The villagers also expressed profound gratitude for these initiatives, commending the Assam Rifles for their ongoing efforts in local development and welfare.
They exuded hope that initiatives would foster goodwill between locals and the armed forces while also enhancing development and tourism in the area.
