Literary open talent hunt prog held

Imphal, October 13 2024: An open literary talent hunt programme under the theme "Voices of Tomorrow" was organised by Writers' Union, Imphal at The New Light Public School, Thoubal Moijing on Sunday.

The function was attended by DM University associate professor Dr Syed Ahmad, MU assistant professor Dr Hamidur, department of agriculture former accounts officer SM Sheikh, and former Imphal West ARCS Md Najiruddin as presidium members.

In his address, Writers' Union secretary MA Hasim stated that the talent hunt programme aims to inspire and encourage the state's youth in the field of literature.

As part of the programme, a recitation competition was also conducted with participation of 31 youths.
