Imphal, January 07 2025: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Sawombung Khand organised a Bal Ekatrikaran (Children's Get-Together) programme at the Rajashri Bhagyachandra Skill Development Centre (RBSDC), Haraorou on Tuesday.

The event brought together children from Haraorou and nearby areas, aiming to instil moral values and inspire them to face life's challenges with determination, informed a statement of RSS Manipur.

Addressing the gathering, RSS, Imphal member B Bilki Sharma highlighted the decline in societal morality and the importance of reviving traditional values.

He expressed concern that people have forgotten the adage "Charity begins at home" and emphasised the need to pass on value-based education to the younger generation.

He encouraged the children to face life's challenges with courage and perseverance to achieve their goals.

The programme featured a variety of activities, including music, storytelling, entertainment sports, and quizzes, designed to engage and educate the participants.

Approximately 120 children from Haraorou, Sambei, Chingkhu, Tangkham, Yumnam Khunou, and Waiton participated in the programme, the statement added.
