RNSOM condoles victims of landslide disaster

Imphal, June 30 2022: Rongmei Naga Students' Organisation Manipur (RNSOM) has extended condolence to the victims who lost their lives in the tragic landslide that occurred at NF Railway India Platform under Makhuam village on the intervening midnight of June 29 and 30.In a release, RNSOM said; "Our sympathies and compassions go to those who are still missing and to their respective families at such challenging times".

The release also ex tended heartfelt gratitude to all those locals and security forces involved in the rescue and search operation defying harsh weather and darkness, and also to those who are upholding the victims and volunteers in their precious prayers.

"While the rescue and search operation continues, we wish and pray for speedy detection and recovery of those missing at the spot," it added.
