Imphal, November 20 2021: A man involved in a fight case concerning a dog has been sent to jail while three others released on bail.

The fight incident occurred at Moirangkhom Sougaijam Leirak under Imphal police station on Thursday.

One Laishram Chaoba (38) hied a report regarding the incident at Imphal PS on the same day.

In the report, Chaoba charged Laishram Lokendro (34), son of late Mahadeva; Laishram Surchand (43), son of Jadumani; his mother Laishram ongbi Sonolata (70) and Lokendro's sister Dolly Laishram (29) of entering his house and starting the fight over a dog.

The complainant's father was rushed to RIMS hospital after Lokendro kicked him during the fight, Chaoba said.

Based on the report, police arrested the four accused persons and produced them before CJM Imphal West on Friday.

The court after hearing report of the 10 remanded Lokendro to judicial custody for 15 days and released the other three on bail.
