Three-day Meeyamgi Numit from Dec 19

Imphal, December 17 2024: Imphal East district administration would be hosting Meeyamgi Numit events for three days in connection with the Good Governance Week - Prashasan Gaon Ki Aur campaign on December 19, 20, and 23 at different locations across the district, according to a notification issued by the DC Imphal East on Tuesday.

The first day of the event will be held at the Sawombung sub-divisional office, followed by the second day at Langdum Makha Leikai Community Hall near Langdum High School.

The final day will take place at Panchayat Bhavan within the DC Office Complex at Porompat.

During the campaign, essential public services will be provided, including issuance of certificates for disability, birth, death, and rural area.

Health screenings, TB screenings, and registrations for schemes such as the Chief Minister's Health for All, old age pension, Chief Minister Widow Pension Scheme, family benefit scheme, CMST, MGNREGA, PMAY, and PM-MVY will also be conducted.

Furthermore, attendees will have access to information about scholarships like MOBC, pre-matric, post-matric, and merit-cum-means.

Ration card enrolment and services under the departments of horticulture and soil conservation, veterinary and animal husbandry, labour, and forest will also be made available.

Officials from the SDO offices and the directorate of information and technology will be present to facilitate various services, the notification informed.
