Noney, October 10 2024: Assam Rifles on Thursday conducted a motivational lecture on "How to Join Indian Armed Forces" aimed at educating future generations about career opportunities in the armed forces.

The lecture, attended by 30 students and five teachers of Government High School, Haochong, covered various aspects such as different entry routes, career prospects, requisite educational qualifications, training days in academies, service benefits, and facilities provided by the government of India to defence forces.

The lecture programme not only provided valuable insights into career opportunities in the Armed Forces for future leaders of the society but also motivate the youth and guide them away from inclination towards militancy.
