Integration training of police recruits ends

The Assam Rifles has successfully concluded a week-long Integration Training Capsule for Manipur Police recruits.
Conducted by a specialised team from the AR under the aegis of HQ 3 Corps, this training programme focused on fostering national integration, inter-cultural tolerance, and pride in uniform among 1,950 recruits, a release by PRO IGAR (S) said.
The PRO informed that during the course, the recruits were immersed in the rich history of Manipur and the core values of the AR and Indian Army, which serve as foundational principles for these forces.
The participants demonstrated great enthusiasm during the training sessions, particularly in team-building exercises designed to enhance cooperation and camaraderie.
During the closing ceremony held on December 7, both instructors and recruits expressed their heartfelt gratitude to 3 Corps for the innovative training content provided.
The training is essential for instilling qualities of mutual respect and teamwork among the recruits, significantly enhancing their operational effectiveness as they prepare to embark on their policing careers, it added.
The release also mentioned that Integration Training Capsule exemplifies the close cooperation between the AR and Manipur Police, reinforcing the historic bond that AR shares with the state.
