Imphal, May 08 2024: Continuing his efforts to provide relief materials to victims of the recent hailstorm, Sagolband MLA Rk Imo Singh on Wednesday distributed CGI roofing sheets to around 50 households in Sagolband constituency.

A release issued by the PRO informed that the MLA through the Sagolband Constituency Progressive Committee (SCPC) and BJP Sagolband Mandal distributed the CGI sheets to nearly 50 households in Ward no 8 and 24 .

MLA Rk Imo has aided a total of more than 350 affected households in Sagolband constituency, it continued.

These relief efforts are the MLA's personal endeavour to enable the affected individuals commence repairing their houses to a certain extent while awaiting official government's relief packages, it mentioned.

The residents of Sagolband extended their gratitude to MLA Rk Imo for his support during challenging time, it added.
