Venues for filling nominations, scrutiny announced

Imphal, January 31 2022: In connection with the first phase election on February 27, Imphal East District Election Officer (DEO) Khumanthem Diana announced places for filling of nomination papers and scrutiny in respect of ten constituencies of Imphal East.

The said processes would be held in different offices located in the DC office complex, Porompat.

In an order, the DEO said that for Khundrakpam and Lamlai ACs the venue will be office chamber of SDO Sawombung; Heingang and Khurai ACs at room no 1 SIRD building ground floor; Kshetrigao and Thongju ACs at room no 3, first floor SIRD academic block; Keirao and Andro ACs at office chamber of SDO Keirao Bitra office; and for Yaiskul and Wangkhei ACs at the office chamber of SDO Porompat.

Meanwhile, DEO Imphal East, in another notice, has informed that the honorarium/salary for the campaign worker is fixed at Rs 500 per day per worker/agent in respect of Imphal East.
