MGSF appeals for generous contribution

Imphal, June 21 2022: Manipur Government Services Federation (MGSF) has appealed to all departmental associations/feder-ations, individual members and patrons to make generous contributions for the purpose of construction of headquarters, of All India State Government Employees' Federation (AISGEF).

While informing that the Federation is always at the forefront of struggle for the legitimate rights of the lakhs of employees working under various state governments in the country, a statement issued by MGSF general secretary Purujit Lairikyengbam stated that the total estimated cost for construction of the building in Faridabad, Haryana is Rs 5 crore and the entire cost has to be met out of contributions from state employees' associations/federations affiliated to AISGEF.

As requested by AISGEF, MGSF has to contribute Rs 3 lakh by the end of June 2022, which may be considered minimal compared to the contributions made by other state federations/ associations, it added, while mentioning that already many associations and generous individual members had already made generous contributions.
