Platinum jubilee celebration underway

Noney, December 18 2021: A four-day platinum jubilee celebration of Rong-dai village in Noney district commenced from Friday at the village under the theme "Christ is Pre-Eminent in all" .

RNBA executive secretary Rev Mansi Gangmei and RNBA Mission Board chairman Rev Sangailung Gangmei attended inauguration of the cele bration as functional minister and speaker respectively.

The first day was marked by lighting of candles, hoisting of jubilee flag and unveiling of the celebration stone by Rev Mansi Gangmei followed bv release of souvenir, jubilee drum beating, presentation of songs by several choir groups and exchange of gifts.

The inscription on the jubilee stone quotes Hebrew 12:1 "Leaving behind those foibles that had kept us weak in the days past, in hope we now run fast towards the goal of our calling" .
