Corruption, drug business anti-people: Dr Manaoton

Imphal, February 12 2022: INC candidate for Naoriya Pakhanglakpa AC in the ensuing 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly Election Dr S Manaoton has said that attempts being made by those in the government to amass personal wealth through corrupt means and joining drug business while voicing to uproot drugs and corruption indeed is anti-people.

Dr S Manaoton stated this during a reception ceremony of 1,400 BJP workers of former MLA RK Anand who have joined INC and supported him.

He said that a new political era has started in Naoriya Pakhanglakpa AC after RK Anand joined INC and representative of the AC will be able to take part in resolving big issues of the state.

He also said that Naoriya Pakhanglakpa remains undeveloped for a long time as people elected wrong leader and asked people to discuss what development projects have been brought by BJP government in Manipur seriously.
