Imphal, May 08 2024: An electric transformer, which had been stolen by unidentified miscreants from Torbung Gobindpur under Phougakchao Ikhai police station, was recovered by a team of CAPF and Churachandpur district police from Loklaiphai village under Churachandpur police station on Wednesday.

As per a police report, the electric transformer, installed at Torbung Gobindpur, was stolen by unidentified miscreants on the intervening night of May 6 and 7.In this regard, Phougakchao Ikhai PS has registered a case.

On Wednesday, a combined team of CAPF and Churachandpur police deployed at Torbung Gobindpur recovered the electric transformer from Loklaiphai village, the report conveyed.
