Immunization drive held at Sehlon village

Imphal, July 31 2024: Assam Rifles in collaboration with the District Health Society, Chandel, organised an immunization drive at Sehlon village to provide essential vaccinations and promote community health.

The immunization drive included vaccines for various preventable diseases, ensuring that both children and 'adults received necessary medical care.

The effort is part of a broader initiative to improve public health infrastructure and outreach in remote and underserved areas.

A total of 102 people, including 28 children, benefited for the drive.

Villagers were encouraged to participate in the drive and take advantage of the medical service provided, said PRO IGAR (S) in a release.
