MLA Nemcha reaches out to Gorkha villages

Kangpokpi, December 19 2021: Kangpokpi MLA Nemcha Kipgen was accorded a warm welcome when she visited Thaldara village in Irang Part- II under Kangpokpi assembly constituency on Sunday.

The MLA reached out to the people with free ration (PMGKAY), Health Card (PMJAY/CMHT) and Old Age Pension card and also attended the opening ceremony of a football tournament organised by Gorkha Jyoti Youth Club, Thaldara.

The opening ceremony of the football tournament was also attended by former Sadar Hills ADC executive member BP Vikas Basnet, Tapon Naga village chairman Namchanbou Newmai, ex-Gaon Bura of Irang Part-II Ram Bahadur Karki, BJP Kangpokpi Mandal presdent Tingnei Lhouvum, former ADC Sadar Hills member Milan Pradhan and BJP Kangpokpi Mandal secretary John Thangal.

The MLA distributed free ration under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY), 40 old age pension cards and more than one hundred health cards of both PMJAY and CMHT.

The MLA also launched the 'Eigi Emung, BJP gi Emung' campaign in respect of Thaldara during the visit.
