Governor presides over MSKA meet, visits temple

Imphal, December 18 2024: The annual meeting of Manipur State Kala Ak-ademi (MSKA) Executive Board was held at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday.

In a release, PRO Raj Bhavan informed that Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya, who is also chairman of the Akademi, presided over the meeting followed by launch of a website of the Akademi.

Agendas related to ad ministration and development of MSKA were discussed with chief secretary Dr Vineet Joshi also in attendance.

General council meeting of the MSKA will be held at Raj Bhavan on Thursday, said the PRO.

Meanwhile, Governor Lakshman Prasad visited ISKCON temple, Sangaiprou, and offered 'Aarti' to Lord Krishna for development and prosperity of Manipur.

During the visit, he also interacted with students of Bhaktivedanta Institute Mission Higher Secondary School, inspiring them to dedicate themselves to the welfare and development of both the state and the nation.
