MLA hails youth's participation in politics

Imphal, October 18 2021: Kshetrigao MLA Na-hakpam Indrajit has hailed youth of his constituency for their participation in politics and said that he felt encouraged on seeing the desire for positive changes among the younger generation.

Attending a one day political conference held at his Thambalkhong Sabal Leikai residence on Sunday, Indrajit said that his son Vikash took key role in uniting the youth and initiating a movement from September 12 for a society free from drugs and alcohol while at the same time involving them in politics towards bringing about a better society.

It is their enthusiasm and desire for a better change that inspire him to continue his public service, he said.

BJP Kshetrigao Mahila Mandal president O Lakshmi, Naharup GP pradhan Patrick Golmei, YADA vice-president Muhidur Rahman and BJP Kshetrigao Mandal president A Roben also attended the political conference.
