Get vaccinated against Covid-19: MLA Fajur Rahim

Kakching, July 13 2021: Sustaining the effort to inoculate every eligible person against Covid-19, Wabagai MLA Md Fajur Rahim along with Kakching deputy commissioner, Chief Medical Officer and EMA Hospital jointly facilitated a mass Covid vaccination camp at Pinnacle Academy, Irong Cheshaba on Tuesday.

During the vaccination camp held with the support of Irong Chesaba Development Forum (ICDF), Covid Task Force Irong Chesaba and teachers of WAKF Board Manipur, a total of 260 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 .

While inspecting the vaccination camp, MLA Rahim urged the people not to spread false rumours about Covid vaccine through social media and referred to experts' comments that vaccination could contain the spread of the virus.

He also called upon all the eligible persons to get vaccinated without fail by considering it as their duty.

EMA Hospital's human resources manager N Radhamani informed that 340 people were inoculated during another vaccination camp held at Maibam Uchiwa on July 5 with 470 more people jabbed at Maibam Mayai Leikai on July 8 .
