Workshop on 'Safer internet day' held

Chandel, February 12 2025: Chandel district administration, in collaboration with National Informatics Centre (NIC), Chandel organised a district level awareness workshop on 'Safer Internet Day' under the theme 'Together for a better internet' .

The objective of the workshop held at the conference hall of the district headquarters on Tuesday was to educate local citizens and officials on internet safety practices.

At the workshop, Chandel District Informatics Officer Ngamba Thokchom deliberated on the safe uses of the internet and its applications.

The workshop inaugurated by Chandel DC L Nandakumar Singh was also attended by ADC Firoj Khan, police personnel, district level officers and other officials of the district.
