Free heart surgery for kids in Sept

Imphal, July 13 2021: SKY Hospital and Research Centre has informed that a weeklong children's heart surgery camp will be held from September 19 .

In a release, SKY Hospital publicity officer Kh Bisheshori informed that the upcoming camp will be the fourth of its kind and will be jointly organised by UK-based Healing Little Heart (India Division), SKY Hospital and Manipur Heart Foundation.

While appealing to the people of Manipur and the north-eastern states to avail the opportunity, the release said that founding president of Healing Little Heart Dr Sanjiv Nichani, senior consultant (paediatric) surgeon of UN Mehta of Cardiology and Research Centre Gujarat Dr Ashish Katewa and chief cardiologist of SKY hospital Dr L Shyamkishore Singh will be the lead surgeons for the said programme.

It further informed that registration for the camp will start from July 14 at SKY Hospital and for further queries one may contact 8415934236 and 8415938207 .
