IRB candidates ready for protest

Candidates of the 10th and 11th IRB Recruitments have exerted pressure on the chief minister to declare final vice voce result of the riflemen and fix the date for conducting viva-voce for the jamadar.
In a release, 10th and 11th candidates, 2019 president W Ronel urged the government to declare the result of viva-voce for the recruitment of IRB riflemen within June 20.Believing in the commitments of the chief minister, the association has been supporting the government with the hope that the result of the recruitment will be declared.
However, the candidates are anxious as there seems to be no sign of declaring the results even though the five-year tenure of the government is nearing completion.
Ronel cautioned that the association along with All Manipur Meitei Pangal 10th and 11th IRB candidates 2019 and All Manipur Hills Area 10th and 11th IRB candidate 2019 will launch democratic protest by following SOP guidelines if the government fails to fulfil their demands.
Moreover, a letter will also be sent to ministry of home affairs in this regard, he said.
