Charitable hospital conducts medical camp

Thoubal, October 03 2024: A daylong free medical camp was conducted by Dr Pratita Charitable Hospital and Research Institute run by Dr Pratita Charitable Trust in collaboration with State AYUSH Society, Directorate of AYUSH at the hospital for the 14th time on Thursday.

During the camp, many availed service of medical professionals in examination and diagnosis of ailments related to medicine, gynaecology, paediatric, skin, dental, etc., and medication.

According to the Institute's vice-chairman Dr Leishemba Moirangthem, the hospital has been organising free health camps in collaboration with various clubs and CSOs in different parts of the state as well as at relief camps.

Stating that Thursday's camp was aimed at reaching out to the rural population who are in need of treatment but face logistics problems, he appealed to clubs and organisations to support the hospital's endeavour for conducting similar free medical camps.
