Unity Utsav-2025 completes third day

Imphal, February 17 2025: The third day of the Unity Utsav-2025 on Monday was marked by dynamic celebration of sportsmanship and cultural unity with intense matches and inspiring performances.

Organised by Assam Rifles in collaboration with the North East Association for Social Welfare (NEASW), the five-day event continues to draw enthusiastic participation of over 1000 athletes representing the eight north eastern states, said PRO IGAR(S) .

In a release, the PRO informed that the day's events held across multiple venues in Delhi, included volleyball, football and athletics at Raj Rif Centre, and badminton and basketball at Harbaksh Stadium.

As the festival progresses, audiences can look forward to more exhilarating sports events.

Additionally, a special cultural evening on February 20 at Manekshaw Centre, Delhi Cantonment, will showcase the vibrant traditions, music, and dance of Northeast India, offering a glimpse into its rich cultural heritage, said the PRO .
