Corporate Leaders' Conclave 4.0 held

Imphal, February 12 2025:
Management Department of Manipur Technical University (MTU), Imphal organised Corporate Leaders' Conclave 4.0 under the theme 'Reignite, Reinvent and Rise' at Hotel Imphal, on Wednesday.
Addressing the conclave as the chief guest, Babina Group of Companies chairman and managing director Dr Thangjam Dhabali Singh said that due.to Covid 19 pandemic, businesses as well as industrial sectors in the state continue to be affected till date.
He, however, noted that when the pandemic dwindled and with the support from the state government, various foreign visitors and tourists started arriving in the state, thus rejuvenating the growth of industries and business activities turning into tourist hub.

Dr Dhabali further highlighted that various international events like Miss Femina Contest, G20 Submit, Durand Cup, etc., were organised by the state government attracting interested foreign firms, investors, entrepreneurs besides normal tourists leading to a boom in the tourism sector and others.
However, due to the prevailing situation in the state, the progresses had suddenly come to a halt.
Amidst the current scenario, Dr Dhabali expressed hope that the Conclave would surely encourage and pull in many dynamic and energetic young entrepreneurs of the state.
In her speech, MTU Management Department head Lourembam Victoria said that the Corporate Leader's Conclave is being held to promote and encourage entrepreneurs and further help contribute to the economy of the state, while encouraging management students to raise funds and explore the practical theories and management related aspects.
The Conclave was also attended by Mother's Care Children Hospital & Research Centre, Imphal chairman and managing director Dr Kh Ratankumar Singh and Manipur Technical University registrar Ramananda Nongmeikapam, as guest of honour and president respectively.
Officials and students of MTU, entrepreneurs, were also present at the function among others.
A technical and an interactive sessions were also held as part of the conclave with resource persons sharing knowledge on various aspects of shaping successful entrepreneurs.
